Return Process

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items, including all original tags and protective wraps, into a shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Fairtex

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our central distribution warehouse for inspection.

  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the gear's condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
